One of the country’s most recognised real estate groups has opened 16 new offices across Australia and New Zealand.
Century 21 opened six offices in New South Wales, two in Victoria and Queensland, one each in Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania and three in New Zealand.
Century 21 Australasia owner and chairman Charles Tarbey welcomed the new offices to the group’s network, saying the pace of new office openings is the fastest the company has seen in recent years.
“It is an exciting time to be in real estate in Australia and New Zealand as local and international participants continue to demand housing stock,” Mr Tarbey said.
“Whilst there has been speculation about conditions changing, I believe if they do, this will only make the role of professional agents more valued as more negotiation begins to take place between buyers and sellers.”
Mr Tarbey said many of the new franchisees have bilingual staff.
The new locations are:
NSW: Bathurst, Dee Why, Dubbo, Bankstown, Windsor and a commercial office in Sydney
Vic: Dandenong and Box Hill
Qld: Robina and Ascot
WA: Perth
SA: Glenelg
Tas: Devonport
NZ: Kaukapakapa, Turangi and Tuakau
Century 21 expects to open offices in Lane Cove, Badgerys Creek and Kingsgrove in NSW shortly.
