National network beefs up its business development team

A well-known national agency has made a high-profile appointment to its senior business development management team.

Award-winning real estate professional Michael McCullagh has been appointed to the newly created position of Ray White Commercial’s head of agency operations – commercial.

Ray White director, Dan White, said the newly created position marks an important step for the group.

Mr McCullagh takes on the major international role for the commercial division after more than six years with the Ray White Group.

“Michael has had a great career with Ray White and he’s enjoyed tremendous success as a real estate agent, auctioneer and as a business development executive for the Ray White Queensland corporate team,” Mr White said.

“Michael is bringing his knowledge and experience to take the commercial network to a high level of engagement and performance.”

Mr McCullagh said he was excited by the opportunity to be part of the next phase of Ray White Commercial’s growth.

“I have spent my real estate career as part of the Ray White family and I am delighted to be given this new challenge with the team at Ray White Commercial,” he said.

“I am excited to have an opportunity to be part of a growing business that has a reputation for client focus and developing strong relationships.”

Mr McCullagh joins Ray White Commercial after an executive sales and auctioneering role with Ray White Wilston in Brisbane.

During this time, he won several company and industry awards, including a Real Estate Institute of Queensland Excellence Award, and was named a finalist in the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s Achievement Award.

Mr McCullagh will based in the Ray White Brisbane’s CBD office and will have responsibility across all of Australia and New Zealand.
