A Victoria-based agency has finished in the top 10 in the industry’s premier rankings for real estate sales offices, competing against some of the biggest names in the business.
The Barry Plant Group’s flagship office, Barry Plant Manningham finished eighth best real estate agency for sales in Australia in this year’s REB Top 50 Sales Offices list.
The agency was Victoria’s highest ranking residential real estate agency excluding projects.
Barry Plant Manningham director Spiro Drossos said the REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking is the premier benchmark for quality and recognition in the Australian real estate industry.
Mr Drossos also said he is delighted with the recognition, which is the result of a collaborative effort of the whole “tight-knit” team.
“We never take listings for granted,” Mr Drossos said.
“And we don’t buy into the one-size-fits-all philosophy. We’ve become a market leader because we’ve honed the art of matching the right agent with each property, and showcasing the unique attributes of every property.”
The Manningham office has been The Barry Plant Group top performing office for four consecutive years.

Barry Plant featured strongly in the REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking for 2017 with the Rowville and Glenroy offices both making the list, 33rd and 35th respectively.
