LJ Hooker has bolstered its business development team with the appointment of an industry household name to head national coaching and office development.
Jason Rose, whose has called more than 3,000 auctions during his three decades-long career, returns to LJ Hooker where he previously held network sales and auctioneer roles.
A specialist in online lead generation, Mr Rose’s appointment comes as the brand embarks on its 2020 vision to accelerate the industry’s digital transformation.
Mr Rose will guide LJ Hooker offices in the development and implementation of growth strategies across sales and property management. He will also lead the network’s national training and coaching program, and utilise his unique insights into data mining and lead generation across sales and property management.
LJ Hooker’s network chief Graeme Hyde said the appointment represented a restructure for the brand in how it delivers service to network members.
He called Mr Rose an “all-round” real estate specialist.
“This is a new appointment for LJ Hooker and we’re excited that Jason has backed our vision,” Mr Hyde said.
“He’s a consummate auctioneer, driven sales and property management growth across numerous independents and networks and his knowledge of enhancing digital leads complements LJ Hooker’s vision to lead digital advancements in Australia.”
Mr Rose said he was excited about LJ Hooker’s strategic vision.
“I’ve seen and embraced the benefits of the digital transformation across the industry and marketplace,” he said.
“I’m excited about LJ Hooker’s intent to take their network on the journey to future-proof their businesses though online and offline methods.”
During a decade at Queensland-based Rental Express, Mr Rose directed a growth strategy that consistently secured 800 to 900 new managements every year without leveraging a large sales business for leads.
