One of Australia’s fastest-growing real estate groups has added an independent agency to its ranks, giving it greater reach into a burgeoning NSW regional market.
Harcourts Coffs Harbour opened in the coastal city on the mid-north of NSW under the directorship of owner Shane Hessenberger.
Mr Hessenberger has been in the Coffs Harbour real estate market since 2010 and was attracted to Harcourts by the technology the brand offered.
“The technology stood out, the apps, the format of the CRM, the user-friendly nature of the system generally in finding information, I believe it will save both myself and my clients a lot of time,” he said.
Mr Hessenberger believes the weather in Coffs Harbour attracts sellers locally and from overseas.
“We see a lot of buyers from South Africa, for example, settling in Coffs Harbour due to the climate. It’s a terrific area, it offers buyers the coastal lifestyle, with everything within an easy drive. There are no long queues to access shops, entertainment, cafes, services and the fun stuff,” he said.
The Harcourts Coffs Harbour office is located at the Harbour Jetty.
