The office of a leading real estate brand in Port Stephens, NSW has been sold to two of the area’s “powerhouse” real estate agents.

Local independent agents Bonnie Roosendaal and Debra O’Neill purchased Raine & Horne Nelson Bay, which was launched in 1992.

Its outgoing principal, Ray Noonan, will remain a sales agent.

“Ray has done a wonderful job making Raine & Horne Nelson Bay a leading real estate brand in the region and we are proud to have him stay on,” Ms Roosendaal said.

“I’m excited to be joining forces with Debra to build a business with the support of a major brand such as Raine & Horne, which is fresh, innovative and will build on the reputations of our agents.”

Ms Roosendaal and Ms O’Neill, whom Raine & Horne referred to as a “powerhouse” pair, said they believe their complementary skill sets and the support of a major brand would “drive” the office’s success.

“Raine & Horne is our mothership which gives us all the tools and systems we need to operate a successful business. Working for an independent for the entirety of my career, in the past I have had to create everything from scratch,” Ms O’Neill said.

“I love the consistency that being part of a network such as Raine & Horne delivers.”

The pair said they were looking forward to working with their team to grow the business.
