One of Queensland’s fastest growing boutique real estate agencies has opened a new office in Toowong, as its unique business model propels its expansion in the Sunshine State.
Since launching a year ago, NGU Real Estate’s non-franchise model has attracted the attention of its more traditional competitors.
Its innovative digital marketing strategy has driven rapid expansion, with more than 20 agents hired in the past six weeks.
CEO Emil Juresic said the company has ambitious growth plans.
“Our aim is to secure $1 billion in sales within the next 12 months,” Mr Juresic said. “And that’s being cautious.”
NGU Real Estate is the latest addition to NGU Group which includes NGU Technology, NGU Lawyers, NGU Finance and NGU Corp Luxury Developments.
Mr Juresic said NGU Real Estate is a “game changer”, intent on revolutionising the conventional way of selling property.
“The generic corporate franchise model is still operating the same as it has done for many years, the way generations before us believe it should be run despite its irrelevance in 2017,” he said.
Mr Juresic said technology has transformed the process of buying and selling property, adding that NGU Real Estate’s point of difference is its “collaborative” team effort.
“We own our company and don’t pay franchise fees so there is no limit to creativity.”
