LJ Hooker is set to catapult the career of Australia’s best real estate novice, introducing the new talent to Sydney Harbour’s prestige market under the wing of its top agent, LJ Hooker Double Bay’s Bill Malouf.

LJ Hooker launched the search for the best job in real estate in March this year and has now narrowed down the entries to 16.

The ‘Million Dollar Intern’ position attracted more than 200 entrants who had to submit a video, among other things. Finalists were determined by several factors, including their submission video, Caliper behavioural testing and a phone interview.

“There was such a vast array of passionate entries it became very hard to narrow it down” Mr Hyde said.

“However, our best submissions showcased a clear and succinct presentation style and exuded confidence.”

Mr Malouf said the range of entrants was remarkable.

“From school leavers to people looking to change industries, there’s a real hunger for this life-changing experience.”
