An award-winning agent with 15 years of experience is The Agency’s latest recruit, joining the lower north shore team in Sydney.
Michael Rava says it is time for him to move from one of the biggest brands in the business to one of the most agile.
“Without a doubt, The Agency team is an assembly of some of the greatest minds in the industry, [agents] who share a common passion and drive for helping their clients achieve their desired objectives,” he said.
Mr Rava worked with McGrath Estate Agents Lower North Shore for close to eight years and LJ Hooker Mosman for six and a half years.
“Joining The Agency is a unique opportunity for me to take my business to the next level,” he said.
“I have the undivided support of the senior management team. Their driving focus is to see me be the best version of myself, and that kind of support in our industry is invaluable.”
The Agency’s director of sales Thomas McGlynn said Mr Rava embodies company’s professional ethos.
“He upholds the highest industry standards and commitment to customer service,” Mr McGlynn said.
The Agency launched on the east coast in February.
Mr Rava was named Agent of the Year for 2017 by RateMyAgent and he was a finalist in the REINSW awards in the Auction Marketing category.
