Real estate software developer Rockend has announced that its online tool, Property Tree, has amassed 300 clients in three years.

CEO Alister Maple-Brown said it was exciting that the last 100 clients had joined in the last four months, demonstrating how quickly businesses were signing up to use the application.

"Over the last three years, I’ve watched PropertyTree grow from a concept on a whiteboard to a fully functional online property management and sales trust solution - an Australia and New Zealand industry first," he said.

“The recent introduction of the sales trust functionality has driven significant growth. Clients range from start-up agencies to established offices, many of whom do sales and need a solution to manage their sales trust account."

Property Tree provides agents with online access to the tools and information needed to manage a rental property portfolio and address trust accounting needs.

“PropertyTree continues to rapidly grow with the needs of our clients. There are a number of exciting things planned for the future of PropertyTree, all designed to help our clients grow their businesses,” Mr Maple-Brown said.

Principal of Torquay Links Property in Victoria, Lynne Hayden said since she started using PropertyTree with her existing clients in September last year, she has increased her profitability by 20 per cent.

“PropertyTree is not complicated, anyone can pick it up,” she said. “Overall, I had about six hours set up and training, and the rest of the staff learned from me.

“The Cloud is a must, we all work from different locations and it give us so much flexibility.”
