A new mobile app has been launched to save property managers time at open for inspections.

Developed by Maverick Strategies, MyOFI and MyOFI Agent promises to save property managers up to 75 per cent of their time registering at open for inspections.

“Every real estate agent knows that data is the key to growing a successful business,” said managing director of Maverick Strategies, Tatiana Mijalica.

“The problem is the time it takes to get information from the potential buyer/renter at the open for inspection, then into the database accurately so it can be managed efficiently.”

“Accurate collected data is emailed to the agent once they close the open for inspection on the app and/or imported directly into the agents’ database, saving the agent or assistant hours every week” said.

Renters who use the MyOFI app sign up for an open home, enter their details and receive a unique QR code they can use to scan and register at open for inspections.

The QR code, which contains the renter’s details, are transferred to the Agent app once it is scanned.

The app also keeps a log of all the inspected properties, photos, agent contact details and comments, which can be viewed via the app and on a desktop.

MyOFI and MyOFI Agent are currently only available on the Apple App store.
