Real estate software provider Rockend has announced its cloud-based property management application PropertyTree has now reached 400 agencies across Australia and New Zealand.
The application, which provides property managers with online access to tools to manage a rental portfolio, has been growing steadily over the last few years with over 30 new clients joining PropertyTree in the last month alone.
Over the past 12 months, the tech provider has been improving PropertyTree and introducing new features.
Rockend said it was committed to improving the effective use of technology in the property industry, which included the effective use of resources, including natural resources.
General manager of marketing and sales John Goddard said: “The whole Rockend team is proud to support carbon neutral.
“Our business is all about information flowing through computers and networks. But helping others do practical work, like planting 1,000 trees, helps ground our business and make a real difference for the environment.”
In June, CEO Alister Maple-Brown said it was exciting to see how quickly businesses were signing up to use PropertyTree.
"Over the last three years, I’ve watched PropertyTree grow from a concept on a whiteboard to a fully functional online property management and sales trust solution - an Australia and New Zealand industry-first," he said.
“The recent introduction of the sales trust functionality has driven significant growth. Clients range from start-up agencies to established offices, many of whom do sales and need a solution to manage their sales trust account."
