A leading consultant has revealed the key themes of his presentation at this year’s Leading Property Managers of Australia (LPMA) event on the Gold Coast.

Speaking to Residential Property Manager, Real Estate Dynamics consultant Josh Cobb confirmed his company will be presenting at the LPMA conference on the Gold Coast on April 3.

The presentation – titled ‘Social Property Manager’ – tells the story of how property management has progressed in the last decade and how new digital platforms such as social media have come to be used.

“It’s telling the story of when I started in the industry 10 years ago and started to really dislike the industry for what it was,” Mr Cobb said.

“I started to go to conferences and hear about how presenters were telling us to do things better when all we wanted to do was do things differently.

“The presentation will touch on how I look at property management and some of the successes I have achieved over that 10-year career.”

The presentation will cover the use of social media and digital marketing when running a property management business in this day and age, Mr Cobb said.

Real Estate Dynamics has consistently achieved results by bringing in people outside the industry for a fresh perspective, he said.
