The Australasian Residential Property Management (ARPM) Conference, the premier property management event, is rapidly approaching, with the theme for this year being “reactivate”.

Held across August 3 and 4 in Sydney, it promises delegates will walk away with new information and ideas that they can immediately implement in their property management businesses.

ARPM also gives property managers a great opportunity to network with hundreds of industry colleagues.

Among the many motivational and informative speakers, standouts include Andrew Daddo, McGrath chief executive John McGrath and Hayeswinckle managing director Daniel Hayes.

A speaker at ARPM for the past 11 years, Blayney Potential Plus director Fiona Blayney (speaking above) said the past 12 months have provided continued business market changes, in areas including consumer needs, legislation, the human resource landscape and ever-evolving technology.

“With this [in] mind, we have looked inside and out of the industry to bring you not just a showcase of key initiatives your peers have successfully implemented, but also business specialist, international experts and entrepreneurs who can demonstrate new thinking,” she said.

“‘Reactivate’, our conference theme for this year, brings to life that even the most seasoned professionals must reactivate their thinking,” she added.
