Landlords take note – these could be the lengths your tenants are going to in order to find their new flatmates.
Young Sydneysiders Brad and Adam have created a hilarious video to advertise the spare room for rent in their top-floor apartment, located in Chippendale in Sydney’s inner west.

The boys’ unique video has had almost 10,000 views on YouTube, and shows them acting out various activities to appeal to ideal candidates, including long walks in the rain, playing PlayStation, and having a game of beer pong with Batman.
Brad and Adam also mention they are female-friendly and cater for all needs, except for vegetarians.
Equipped with a bar, a big balcony, a ping pong table and poker table, the apartment is ideal for parties. The fully-furnished pad also offers quick and easy access to public transport, parks, cafés and gyms.
The successful applicant has the choice of either a medium-sized bedroom for $290 per week, or a master room with an ensuite for $330, both of which are available to occupy from 1 September 2014.
In the video’s YouTube description, Brad and Adam noted that “many beers were harmed in the making of this video”.
