An agency has been recognised as a leader in the Victorian real estate industry after picking up multiple awards at the annual REIV Awards for Excellence, including Residential Property Manager of the Year.

Held in Melbourne at the Crown Palladium, Hockingstuart also won the coveted Corporate Promotion Award – Multiple Offices, and the Communications Award.

Adding to the group’s accolades, Jennifer Rowe from Hockingstuart Bentleigh was named Residential Property Manager of the Year (Non-Principals) for her outstanding customer service.

Speaking exclusively to Residential Property Manager, Ms Rowe said her clients always come first.

“Exceptional customer service is something we constantly strive for at the Bentleigh office and across the Hockingstuart group,” she said.

“I’ve been in real estate since I was 16 years old and I've spent almost seven years here at Hockingstuart Bentleigh.

“It’s an absolute honour to receive this award for our commitment to service in property management,” she added.

Hockingstuart managing director and chief executive Nigel O’Neil said property management can be a challenging role, with Ms Rowe’s win telling of her commitment.

“Managing the day-to-day needs of clients while continuing to grow the rent roll is a difficult job, but one that Jennifer has excelled at,” he said.

“With industry-leading training systems and a comprehensive support network, we believe our property managers are among the best in the business.”

Mr O’Neil said it was an honour to receive such high calibre awards and a testament to the strength of the Hockingstuart network.

“Hockingstuart is an established brand with a proven track record of service and innovation across Victoria,” he said.

“We’ve built a reputation as the benchmark brand across numerous areas including training, local area knowledge, community and customer service, marketing and PR.”
