Australian property management professionals have been given the chance to have a say about their pay and find out how it stacks up against others across the nation.
The inaugural Residential Property Manager Salary Survey will gauge remuneration levels across the entire Australian property management industry.
It will also provide valuable insights into salary satisfaction levels and how property management professionals would prefer to be remunerated, including non-financial incentives.
Residential Property Manager editor Nick Bendel said the survey would provide valuable intelligence for principals and property managers alike.
“This salary survey will shed some light on property management professionals' earnings and where standards may need to be lifted,” he said.
"Furthermore, the results will help guide principals on the appropriate remuneration levels and packages for their property management employees.
“With property managers’ responsibilities ever-increasing, now is the perfect time to discover whether pay packets are rising at the same pace.”
Mr Bendel said the survey is also a chance for property management professionals to play a role in shaping the industry.
“This survey will help create a benchmark against which property management professionals can measure themselves, especially when it comes time to negotiate their salary,” he said.
Entries will close on Friday 8 May 2015.
