Agents and offices can compete for 14 individual awards, seven group awards, four corporate awards and one business excellence award.
Residential Property Manager editor Nick Bendel said the annual awards had been designed to recognise excellence across a wide variety of categories.
“It was important that we didn’t just give the big offices or the metropolitan property managers a chance to win,” he said.
“Of course, high standards are expected, but there’s no reason why that sort of innovation and professionalism can’t be displayed by small offices or regional property managers.”
The awards for Property Manager of the Year and Principal of the Year both feature metropolitan and regional categories.
The Property Management Business of the Year award has also been divided into single-office and multiple-office categories.
Some of the other wide-open categories include BDM of the Year, Best New Office, Best Innovator, Rising Star and Office Administrator of the Year.
Submissions are due by Friday. Click here to enter.
