We all love children. We all love tenants. But it’s less fun when the latter do their best to imitate the former.
Yes, tenants, like kids, say the darndest things.
Thankfully, YouTube has taken its revenge on infuriating tenants with a video showing some of the inane questions and comments that have infuriated property managers since the dawn of time (see below).

“Rent is due at the first of the month – every month?” Yes, sir, it is.
“Can I fax my rent cheque?” No, madam, you can’t.
“Well, my rent is late because I had to take my kids to Disneyland.” That’s wonderful, but there’s no theme park clause in rental contracts.
“Just so you know: my dad’s a lawyer.” It’s astonishing how many tenants seem to be related to lawyers!
