Following our Facebook question it seems like the three key things tenants are looking for are cooling/heating systems, outdoor recreation/entertainment areas and dishwashers.
All of these features reflect the typical modern Australian home since we need modern conveniences with the capacity to host visitors comfortably.
We love our sunburnt country, but our homes should be an escape from the summer heat while keeping us warm in the winter.
Gardens and outdoor entertainment areas are vital for lazy summer days by the barbeque with friends.
Dishwashers are important to tenants since they are faster, more efficient, and more environmentally friendly than hand washing.
