It seems nobody wants to live on the two-hectare estate that Frank Sinatra once called home.
The California home (see below), currently listed at US$3.9million ($5.4million), has been on the market since April 2013.
Villa Maggio, above Palm Desert about 200km from Los Angeles, is a tribute to Sinatra’s Oscar-winning performance in From Here to Eternity.
It features three buildings: a five-bedroom main house, a three-bedroom guest house and a pool house.
The home also features a pool, a spa, a tennis court, a fire pit and a helipad.
The property has been meticulously preserved and maintained by its owners, who are its only occupants since the Chairman of the Board lived there.
