A new property management system aims to simplify real estate workflows and provide more transparency for landlords.

PropertyMe’s functions include trust accounting, inspections, multiple disbursements and an owners’ portal where owners can log in and view their property portfolio data.

The company said that its new software focuses on automation and communication, and is designed to make property management workflow as efficient as possible.

The software can track properties, maintenance jobs and inspections live, and can be tailored to suit any portfolio size or complexity, according to PropertyMe.

There’s a real-time dashboard that gives property managers an overview of their portfolio, which includes maintenance status overview, rent and invoice arrears and agency fees.

Users can also download the PropertyMe Managers App from the App store, which allows property managers to view inspections and access portfolios remotely at no extra cost.

PropertyMe founder David Scott said the advantage of developing this new software system is that it comes with no legacy issues.

“Property managers should have a choice of software that’s new and innovative rather than being stuck with a clunky system that was developed 20 years ago,” he said.
