This week’s YouTube clip is a trailer for a hilarious parody film that satirises the real estate industry.

Closing Escrow is an often ridiculous film about three families and their estate agents clashing as they try to purchase the same house.

There are awkward encounters between agents and clients, several fistfights and a lot of tears as the property’s bidding war tests the limits of marriages and client-agent relationships.

The film stars Cedric Yarbrough and Wendi McLendon-Covey from the hit television series Reno 911, which was a mockumentary about a fictional police department.
