An internet prankster poses as a landlord and tries to collect rent in a rough part of Brooklyn, New York with some hilarious results.
This week on YouTube, RPM stumbled upon Ari Blau who dresses up as an Orthodox Jewish landlord and attempts to get rent money from random homes.
Blau haggles from collecting rent to accepting nominal amounts of money, a resident’s iPod or jacket creating some uncomfortable responses.
Naturally, most of the prank victims are sceptical of this ‘landlord’, asking for proof and even threatening with hostility and anti-Semitism.
