Eco-friendly homes inspired by Middle Earth that allow residents to live under their gardens are now available.
Green Magic Homes offers people arable houses that are covered in fruits and vegetables, ‘bio-climated’ houses that save energy, and homes for desert areas that are covered in sand and rock.
According to the company, a one-bedroom cabin may take three days to assemble and seal between three people.
The smallest prototype, Martinica, costs $33,780 for 64 square metres, while the Mediterraneo costs $93,650 for 178 square metres.
