In the video below a tenant has just moved into his new apartment when his old landlord, played by Bob Odenkirk, shows up and asks why he left his old place.

Mr Show with Bob and David was a critically acclaimed sketch comedy show that aired on HBO from 1995 to 1998 and helped launch the careers of many alternative comedians, including Sarah Silverman and Jack Black.
