Tenants can sometimes cause more mess and damage than necessary, but still produce hilarious results.
The scene below is taken from the comedy film Grandma’s Boy and shows Alex (played by Allen Covert) and Josh (Jonathan Loughran) being evicted from their house.
It turns out Josh has been spending the pair’s rent money on Filipino “masseuses” and their landlord (Rob Schneider) has hired movers to empty out the house.
