Property display marketing has been modernised through digital sign boards with wireless connectivity.

Pierce Cody, chief executive of Cody Live, said property managers should capitalise on the technological evolution from static to digital signage by using StoryBoards.

According to Mr Cody, the digital sign boards allow creative flexibility and incorporate real-time updates. Messages such as ‘Agent running late for inspection’ can be posted across the screen.

“It’s a magnificent tool to promote all the benefits of the house over 10 to 30 slides using wireless connectivity on weather-proof boards,” he told RPM.

Mr Cody said the display boards cost approximately the same as the static Glowboards.

“The Cody Live product is priced from $700 for the marketing period, which may well be longer than a month to two months,” he said.

“The boards are designed to move from property to property, so they can sit in the ground, hang off the wall or even hang from a balcony, since there are a number of different bases to suit all kinds of surfaces.”

Mr Cody said agents and clients love StoryBoard’s ability to upload changes quickly using 4G wireless technology.

Patrick Cosgrove from Raine & Horne Double Bay said that after using a digital sign board, he noted that the feedback from clients has been excellent.

“We have had numerous comments about how remarkable and professional the StoryBoard looks – it is the talk of the street,” he said.

“What an impressive way to attract attention to your home.”
