A Californian realtor has created a fun, cute video to help sell a $65 million Bel Air home.
The video (see below) highlights the stunning features of the 1300 square metre modernist mansion, which has Clint Eastwood and Jennifer Aniston as neighbours according to Realtor.com.
Listing agent Ben Bacal said the video cost between $US25,000 and $US50,000 to produce and is symbolic of how people can live like a kid in this luxurious estate.
