A toilet in the posh London suburb of Highgate is available for rent at a staggering £3,000 ($AU5,500) a month.
The stand-alone toilet is available for sale or rent and is located inside a block of flats near a bus turnaround at Highgate West Hill, according to Mirror.
The facility is being promoted with a sign on the wall offering a “toilet space”, hoping to catch the attention of bus drivers who need to stop to relieve themselves at Parliament Hill Fields.
The owner predicted a surge in interest if Camden Council follows through with its plans to close the public toilets in Pond Square in Highgate village.
The toilet is currently listed at £3,000 a month, but the owner said he would consider selling a 20-year lease for £20,000 (AU$36,900).
