Looking for an apartment on a shoestring budget can be demoralising, but the search itself can provide some comic relief.
This clip has been taken from the hit comedy show Broad City. Abbi and Ilana are searching for a new home in New York, but their realtor is only offering some sub-par choices.
The first apartment has an incredibly uncomfortable loft bed that feels like a coffin, and the second appears to be a murder scene, with blood stains still on the walls.
