A Queensland agency has launched a loyalty program that rewards landlords with monthly prizes such as Gold Class movie tickets, Visa gift cards and Flight Centre vouchers.
South-east Queensland agency Coronis launched Advantage Club to recognise the ongoing support of its landlords.
The company has 7,000 landlords signed to their property management division. These landlords will now receive discounts on services offered by Coronis and its referral partners. These services include selling fees, financial services, building and pest inspections, and pest treatments.
Advantage Club members will also have a chance to win prizes every month, including Gold Class movie tickets, Visa gift cards and Flight Centre vouchers.
“We wanted to create a suite of exclusive offers for our landlords as a way to say thank you for their support and to help them look after their investment portfolio,” Coronis property management director Jodi Ford said.
“We operate in a very competitive industry, therefore we wanted to take our customer service to the next level and increase the benefits associated with being a Coronis landlord.
“The current offers and benefits will continue to evolve over time as we listen to what our clients want but my goal is to build up a range of discounts and benefits outside of the real estate industry.”
The agency believes the loyalty program will add greater value to their property management offering.
“As a landlord, the one thing you want from your property manager is service and reassurance that your investment is being looked after,” Coronis managing director Andrew Coronis said.
“Therefore, by providing a suite of offers focused on maintaining our client’s assets and maximising potential income, we’ll be able to take our customer service to the next level.”
