Smoke Alarm Solutions (SAS) has partnered with the Annual Leadership of Principals and Property Professionals Summit (ALPPPs) to ensure PMs are up-to-date on compliance.
Taking place on 2-3 March, ALPPPS aims to help principals, team leaders and property managers achieve better results in their business and careers.
The partnership with SAS, the largest provider of smoke alarm compliance and maintenance services to the Australian real estate industry, will enable those attending the summit to learn about smoke alarm best practice.
“Smoke Alarm Solutions will equip ALPPPS delegates with the latest smoke alarm legislation applicable to their state and ensure their properties are compliant,” ALPPPS founder and ireviloution managing director Jo-Anne Oliveri said.
“Since they are the longest running and largest provider of smoke alarm compliance services in Australia, servicing a third of all rental properties in Queensland, and a growing number in other states, SAS can help our delegates rise to the top,” Ms Oliveri said.
“As part of this new partnership, we are committed to raising the bar when it comes to best practice and best processes to manage the maintenance of smoke detectors in rental properties, and are working on exciting initiatives together.”
SAS’ Australia and New Zealand sales and marketing director Julieanne Worchurst said the company is thrilled to be able to educate and empower property management leaders attending the event.
“By partnering with this game-changing company and coming on board at ALPPPS 2017, we will engage with property management leaders who want to take a proactive approach to smoke alarm compliance for the safety of their tenants and investment properties,” Ms Worchurst said.
“We are excited to work with ireviloution and lead the way with smoke alarm best practice at their leadership summit and beyond.”
