Belle Property Carina, recognised as Queensland’s most successful Belle Property office, has announced it has undergone a rebrand.
Belle Property Carina is joining the Ray White Group and its principal Andrew McSweeny says he’s making the switch due to the Ray White’s family-owned structure and culture.
“The real estate industry has morphed into a faster and different place than it was a few years ago and we need the internal office infrastructure that Ray White can offer,” Mr McSweeny said.
“There is certainly no hard feelings towards Belle from my perspective.”
Ray White director Dan White called the the rebranding of office, which was regarded by Belle Property as the number one office in Queensland last financial year, was a “strategic step”.
“This rebrand is a long-term strategic step for our Queensland business under the leadership of CEO Tony Warland, which keeps moving from strength to strength,” Mr White said.
“This promises to be a beneficial partnership for both Andrew and his team, as well as the Ray White Group.
“The real estate industry has undergone a huge structural shift in the way people transact property, and we are seeing more and more consumers gravitate to us, like never before.”
Mr Warland said he was proud that an office at the “top of its game” would align itself with Ray White.
“Where else do you go when you are at the top of your game? We are incredibly proud that Belle Carina will come to us to enhance their offering for their agents, their community and their home owners,” Mr Warland said.
“When the number one office in another group comes to the number one agency in the state, we feel blessed.”
The Ray White Carina office opens 1 July.
