Australia’s top real estate professionals were crowned last night at the 2017 REB Awards in Sydney.
In partnership with realestate.com.au, the sell-out event saw more than 900 attendees gather to recognise the nation’s leading real estate agents, property managers, auctioneers, innovators and market leaders.
Ray White was named the 2017 Major Network of the Year for the second year running.
Hobart-based agent Natalie Downton of Downton Property North Hobart took home the award for Sales Agent of the Year – Metropolitan, while Belle Property Wollongong’s Jeremy Hodder was crowned Sales Agent of the Year – Regional.
Kate Lumby of My Auctioneer was named the 2017 Auctioneer of the Year for the second consecutive year.
Jack Harvey of Coronis Bracken Ridge won the Real Estate Business Excellence award.
REB editor Tim Neary said the winners this year reflected the diversity of the industry.
“From national networks to individual agents, the 2017 REB Awards recognised excellence in real estate across the nation, and I’d like to congratulate all winners and finalists on their achievements,” Mr Neary said.
Andrew Rechtman, executive general manager of realestate.com.au, said it was “fantastic” that realestate.com.au had been able to continue its partnership with the REB Awards.
“I want to acknowledge all of this year’s winners and finalists on their exceptional individual achievements, and congratulate LJ Hooker once again as being the recipient of the realestate.com.au Digital Presence of the Year award.”
