One award-winning real estate business has launched a state-of-the-art marketing software platform across its entire network that will help its agents have greater impact in their local areas, and list and sell more properties.
Coronis has launched the new platform, in partnership with international digital marketing company DIAKRIT, which features several new tools including magazine-quality photography, photo styling, and 2D and 3D floor plans.
Managing director Andrew Coronis said he’s excited to introduce the Queensland market to the revolutionary software, believing it will “significantly” enhance the clients’ buying experiences.
“We’ve trialled the DIAKRIT products over the past two months, and the feedback from our buyers, sellers and team has been phenomenal,” he said.
“I believe this will be a game changer for the industry. We’re seeing unprecedented levels of engagement on listings with the DIAKRIT tools, compared to others that aren’t using it.”
DIAKRIT co-founder and chief sales and marketing officer Dick Karlsson said the initiative is important in moving the market forward.
“Coronis are embracing industry-first technology that is already pervading in other progressive markets such as Sweden, Norway and the USA, and being able to offer high-quality floor plans, unique photography style, furnish and renovation tools, and 360° VR tours ensures they can deliver the best results for their clients,” Mr Karlsson said.
“Through this partnership, we look forward to driving innovative experiences within Queensland’s real estate industry.”
The Coronis network won a raft of awards at the 2017 REB Awards, including Coronis Bracken Ridge’s Jack Harvey picking up the award for Newcomer of the Year, Coronis Lutwyche for the Property Management Business of the Year – six or more property managers and Coronis Coorparoo’s Lisa Bright winning the Property Manager of the Year – Metropolitan award.
