A ground-breaking Victorian real estate group is pioneering a tech-enabled approach to attracting home buyers with the launch of a new responsive website.

Hockingstuart has capitalised on the streamlined approach modern buyers take to view listings with its upgraded site, simplifying the process with "state-of-the-art" digital tools.

Clever photography brings each listing’s qualities into focus, displaying it in architectural or interior-design magazine quality. The home’s location is shown aerially using drone technology, and 3D floor plans allow for fully interactive 360 styling.

Head of marketing and client experience George Dedic said the new site allows buyers to not only view but also to experience their next home.

“These new components engage the buyer on a whole new level, giving them a genuine sense of what it would be like to live there,” he said.

Hockingstuart has launched a marketing campaign to showcase the new platform, likening the listing process to Hollywood production: lights, camera, auction.

“The movie set brings to life the work, expertise and precision that goes behind all of our listings. In effect, each and every listing is a blockbuster in its own right,” Mr Dedic said.

The campaign will appear across social media, metrolites and banner ads.
