One resource support company has released a raft of expert cloud-based tools designed to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the property management business.
Real Estate Dynamics has launched an online source hub called RED Genius, offering a variety of service add-ons targeted at all stakeholders in the property management value chain.
Director Paul Brooks said that the progression towards having a property management central repository was iterative, meaning that deriving value from it is both intuitive and simple.
“RED Genius works by business paying an annual fee to have access to the hub, which provides the business exclusive access to ideas, solutions, legislation, templates, checklists, workflows and support,” Mr Brooks said.
“They will also have access to RED Linx, an online blog with other Red Genius members who can ask questions and contribute to industry discusses and ideas.”
Mr Brooks also said that the initiative is breaking new ground in property management, which at times has a tendency to be a little siloed.
“Overall, RED Genius is something new to the industry, acting as a one-stop shop for information,” the director said.
“There is a dedicated section of RED Genius offering charts, checklists, templates and legislation to save time and improve work processes.
“The goal is to aid those working in the industry to simplify processes and improve productivity, effectively minimising high staff turnover and poor training for entry-level staff.”
Access can be gained by visiting the Real Estate Dynamics website. Contracts run for 12 months, starting at $330 per month.
Real Estate Dynamics has developed a reputation for providing educational and developmental tools and resources for the real estate industry. These include a property management boot camp, rent roll coaching and a popular webinar series.
