One of Australia’s top networks has reinforced its commitment to customer service excellence as it unveiled its International Customer Satisfaction Awards this week.
The Ray White Group has announced that the top recognitions for the awards have gone primarily to New Zealand offices.
In a breakdown of the 10 offices and 11 agents to receive a customer satisfaction award, 14 were from New Zealand.
The competition for the agent top 10 was so intense that an 11th agent was added to the recognition list.
Customer satisfaction continues to be a top business priority for Ray White and offices, and agents who receive this recognition are placed in the top 1 per cent for customer satisfaction within the group.
Ray White Group director Dan White said that the strong results are illuminating.
“It's not only accolades that drive these agents to success but also a deep commitment to delivering the very best service to their clients,” Mr White said.
“We have seen a remarkable increase in engagement by both our members and clients in our customer satisfaction program this year. The benchmark to achieve recognition in our international customer satisfaction awards continues to rise.
“We are incredibly proud of the dedication these agents and offices have shown to their customers, and how they embody the values at the heart of the Ray White family.
“They've earned their place at the top with a focus on delivering the very best for every client."
