Stone Real Estate has opened an office in one of Sydney’s most lucrative suburbs and, in doing so, has secured the services of an industry heavyweight.
Stone has opened an office in the booming Belrose region in Sydney’s north shore, and agent Ian Clarke becomes the latest experienced agent to join the rapidly expanding boutique network.
The new office will service the Forest area. The move brings to three the number of Stone Real Estate franchises to open in key growth markets in rapid succession, following Stone Illawarra in late July and Stone Beecroft earlier this month.
Mr Clarke brings to Stone Real Estate more than 30 years’ experience in Sydney’s northern suburbs where he has run some of the region’s most successful offices.
Joining Mr Clarke are Forest local David Hayden, also well experienced with 25 years under his belt as an agent in the area, and highly regarded agent Maureen Malouf.
Mr Clarke said that he moved to Stone because its unique business model presented greater opportunities than any other.
“Not many brands grab my attention, but Stone opened so many offices so quickly they were impossible to ignore,” said Mr Clarke.
“The specialised and boutique nature of Stone was especially attractive and the entire Stone ethos resonated with me.”
Stone Real Estate CEO Peter Mumford said that Mr Clarke’s northern suburbs experience is a great asset to the group.
“Ian’s decision to join Stone Real Estate and launch the brand in the dynamic Forest region is further proof of the fact top-tier agents see our unique business model and one-client database as the way to bigger and better results,” said Mr Mumford.
Stone Real Estate Forest/Belrose will service Forestville, Frenchs Forest, Davidson, Belrose, Killarney Heights and Terrey Hills.
