One accomplished network held its annual conference recently in the Northern Territory to celebrate a stellar year of achievements and to share ideas.

Elders Real Estate held its annual conference in Darwin, attended by 170 of its real estate professionals. The two-day event focused on wellness and reflection.

General manager Tom Russo presented the growth of the business in the last year.

“Through acquisitions and new franchisees, Elders Real Estate has an additional 15 locations, with a 25 per cent increase in the sales force,” Mr Russo said.

He also announced a national engagement competition, which will run to the end of October and generate leads for the group’s agents.

“We’re focused on increasing tools available to our network of agents through enhancing our marketing and using a more tailored approach through local integrated campaigns.

“Our digital presence is constantly growing and new clients are becoming aware of our capabilities, technology, people and overall offering.”

Elders also launched a new suite of marketing materials.

National marketing manager for real estate Belinda Connor also commented, saying: “Our new look compliments our history, local knowledge and emphasises our experience within the marketplace on a national level.

“We’re really excited for our clients to see it as it is rolled out over the coming weeks.”

Mr Russo said that Elders has been servicing the wider Darwin area for more than 10 years, and it was the perfect venue for the conference.

“The work being done by the team in Darwin has not gone unnoticed by the wider business,” the GM said.
