One fast-growing boutique group has announced that it has recruited one of the best-known independents in regional NSW as it looks to grow its residential sales team and expand into property management.
Renowned Port Macquarie independent agency Coast Front Realty has announced that it will join the Belle Property network.
Principal Sue Jogever was inducted into the Port Macquarie Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame in 2017 after winning the real estate business award four years running.
She said that the decision to join Belle Property was driven by her growth ambitions.
“We’re looking to grow our residential sales team and capture more out-of-area buyers coming into Port Macquarie as well as expand into property management in the future.
“In order to do that, we have aligned with a boutique brand that has strong support systems and a presence across the capital city markets.”
Ms Jogever said that she has always been keen on Belle Property.
“Having started my career in the Sydney market, I have always respected Belle Property,” she said.
“It’s my goal to build my team with the values of communication, relationships and integrity at the center of what we do, and I believe Belle is the brand that will ensure this outcome.”
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said that the opening of Belle Property Port Macquarie has brought together two businesses with shared goals.
“Sue is genuinely an agent with a heart,” Mr Hanscomb said.
“The extent of her involvement in the local community and her commitment to people is rare in our industry. We are thrilled to have her join the Belle Property family.”
Ms Jogever purchased Coast Front Realty four years ago and took it from a little-known brand to one of the most well-known in Port Macquarie.
She said that she is a “true community-minded” agent, a long-time member of Rotary Sunrise and a founding member of Luminosity Youth Summit.
Ms Jogever has also hosted many worthy fundraising events.
