McGrath has strengthened its Sydney northern beaches team with the recruitment of a seasoned agent who returns to the McGrath stable after having previously worked at the company’s Manly office.
Stephen Bock has re-joined the McGrath Estate Agents' sales team on Sydney’s northern beaches after 10 years of being away, bringing his sales experience of more than 18 years during which he has sold close to $1 billion dollars in real estate.
Mr Bock said that he is looking forward to the new chapter in his career.
“For me it’s a sense of returning home,” he said.
“I am thrilled to again be part of a company that shares my core values. McGrath is committed to helping people grow their business by providing the best tools possible to help their agents excel, and I’m delighted to be part of that environment once again.”
McGrath founder and executive director John McGrath said that he is “delighted” to have Mr Bock return to the McGrath team servicing the Manly area.
“When we originally opened on the northern beaches, Stephen headed up our team,” Mr McGrath said.
“Now a decade on, he is one of Sydney’s most successful sales agents.”
McGrath northern beaches regional sales manager Wayne Walter said that Mr Bock provides significant impetus to McGrath’s growth plans for the region.
“I am thrilled to welcome Stephen back to McGrath,” Mr Walter said.
“I believe that the addition of Stephen to our already established northern beaches team will help us to further grow our market share in this important region."
Mr Bock is an avid mountaineer and the 61st Australian to summit Mount Everest. He is currently pursuing the Explorers Grand Slam, climbing the highest peak on each continent and traveling to both the North and South Pole.
“The key attributes of goal setting and planning — discipline, focus, self-accountability, energy management and an attitude of continual growth — are all equally relevant, whether running a real estate business or climbing the highest peak on the planet,” Mr Bock said.
He will specialise in the suburbs of Manly, Fairlight, Balgowlah, Balgowlah Heights and Forestville.
