Another prominent agent exits McGrath, joins The Agency

After 23 years with McGrath, a high-profile Sydney agent has found his way across to The Agency.

In his stellar career, Michael Glynn has focused on Sydney’s high-end, western inner-city fringe markets. A quiet achiever, Mr Glynn is responsible for selling some of the most expensive and historically important homes within these postcodes.

Mr Glynn said that he focuses on understanding the needs of his vendors, which results in the best sale outcome.

“I like to do this without placing unrealistic time constraints on my vendors,” the agent said. 

“In reality, it doesn’t matter when you go to market; it is more important to understand where the home sits in the marketplace. This is followed by being alert and attentive to the buyer’s and seller’s needs. These are invariably the largest transactions people ever undertake, and you have to be aware of people’s natural anxieties surrounding that.”

Mr Glynn said that he was attracted to the “strong” growth energy of The Agency.
