One of Australia’s largest networks has confirmed that eight of its best-performing franchises have renewed their agreements, sold on leveraging the brand’s high profile and national footprint.

Century 21, the network with more than 100,000 staff in 78 countries, said that in addition to the eight already signed, many more are expected to do the same as the end of the year approaches.

Chairman and owner of Century 21 Australasia Charles Tarbey said that he is “delighted” that so many offices have chosen to continue their real estate journey bearing the Century 21 brand.

“These offices are full of talented and committed real estate professionals, and it has been wonderful to see them use our brand, systems and platforms to excel in the industry,” Mr Tarbey said.

“They have leveraged the brand’s visibility into building their local reputations, and now many of these agents aren’t just seen as agents in their areas, but trusted and respected contributors to community life.”

Principal of top-performing office Century 21 Community First Merrylands, Rafi Younes, said that he is a “passionate advocate” of the Century 21 brand.

He added that he had no hesitation in renewing his franchise agreement.

“For me, Century 21 is more than just a real estate brand but a network that is incredibly close. The honest truth is that Century 21 is like family to me. There is always support and guidance there when I need it,” Mr Younes said.

He said that for the first six months of his career, he worked as an independent agent.

“I put in the same hours and worked just as hard, offering the same service as I do now. Despite this, I didn’t experience a huge amount of inbound enquiries.

When I changed to the Century 21 network, people started calling me and I was invited by them into their homes as they immediately recognised the brand.

“I started with nothing when I joined and the business I have now is all thanks to Century 21. For this reason, I will always stick with the network and will continue to renew my franchise for as long as I am in real estate.”

The offices that have renewed are McLeods Broken Hill, On Duporth, All Aspects Realty Kellyville, All Aspects Realty Rouse Hill, Argyle Realty, Advantage, Community First and KeyNorth.

Mr Tarbey said that Century 21 continues to make “significant” investments into initiatives that build its brand and business in Australia, to ensure its offices have competitive advantages in their marketplaces.

He said that these have included a redesigned range of modern corporate apparel, improved brand and marketing collateral, and ongoing enhancement of the network’s leading technology and digital platforms.
