Ex-LJ Hooker exec joins networking platform

One of Australia’s leading networking platforms has recruited a former LJ Hooker executive to drive growth and add a range of new services to its portfolio for members.

Real Estate Results Network (RERN) has recruited Leanne Howard, former head of customer experience and partnerships at LJ Hooker, to help grow its numbers and improve client experience.

Ms Howard will also be tasked with creating white label products and services, connecting partner companies with the members and creating industry think tanks, training programs, workshops and conferences.

RERN CEO and head coach Michael Sheargold said that Ms Howard will be a great asset to the company.

“Having been with three major groups over the past 16 years, including McGrath Estate Agents and Harcourts, Leanne's experience with real estate franchises will assist RERN in adding a range of services most valued as part of a franchise offer to our network of independent agencies,” Mr Sheargold said.

“Her most recent role as head of customer experience at LJ Hooker will provide plenty of insights for RERN members wanting to compete on customer experience — the new benchmark in business.”
