One of Sydney’s most talented young agents has joined Stone Real Estate in Manly.
Eddy Piddington said that he was drawn to Stone because of its “unique” corporate structure.
“I really admire (CEO) Peter Mumford’s entrepreneurial spirit and vision,” the agent said.
“Everything at Stone, from the innovative business model and branding, makes it efficient, fresh and approachable. I love the office atmosphere and energy here. The brand is perfectly aligned with today’s market. What we’re doing here at Stone is the way of the future.”
Stone Real Estate CEO Peter Mumford said that the agency was delighted to have someone as accomplished as Mr Piddington join the team.
“Stone Real Estate is gaining great momentum with attracting such highly talented agents,” Mr Mumford said.
“These people are recognising that Stone gives them opportunities and the chance to grow their businesses in a way found nowhere else in the industry.”
This move follows one in September where Stone secured the services of Keith Newberry, who joined the newly opened Stone office in Forestville/Belrose on Sydney’s north shore.
At the time, Mr Newberry said that the move represented an “unmissable” opportunity.
“Stone Forest/Belrose presented such a strong team of people within this franchise who want to work together,” the agent said.
“Another big plus is our location in the new Glenrose Shopping Village, which has thousands of shoppers coursing through it every day and many people whom we all know. We’re getting a lot of walk-ins and people calling in.”
Mr Newberry said that the Stone brand is attracting a lot of local traction.
“I’ve been talking to a lot of people around here and Stone already has such a good reputation in this area in such a short space of time. People are loving this brand.”
Mr Newberry currently holds one of Forestville’s highest-priced residential sales at $2.68 million. He has also achieved sale records for Belrose at $2.65 million and Frenchs Forest at $2.35 million.
