One expanding group has extended its influence on Sydney’s Central Coast after opening its second regionally located office.
Stone Real Estate opened its second regional office last week at Toukley on the Central Coast, its fourth office in total in a matter of months.
The office will be led by well-known local area agent Ron Coleman.
Mr Coleman brings 20 years of market experience to the Stone brand and has a reputation for consistently achieving exceptional sales prices.
Mr Coleman said that his decision to join Stone was driven by the brand’s focused marketing strategies.
“I’m impressed by many things about Stone, and particularly the unique and advanced marketing tools,” the agent said.
“It’s clear that Stone listings receive more attention than those of any other agency due to Stone’s investment in technology like virtual reality and 3D platforms.
“No others offer this at such a high level and it means we can give our sellers a distinct advantage.”
Mr Coleman said that Stone’s business model also means that he could now go ahead with plans to open several offices across the Central Coast and Hunter region.
“Stone offers an aggressive growth model that gives our entire team opportunities to expand and grow their businesses,” he said.
“It’s also a brand that lets an agent’s individual style come through and encourages truly personalised service.”
Mr Coleman also said that Stone’s centralised data offers an “important” conduit for tapping into the Sydney market.
“This is especially advantageous, with investment property yields in this region currently running between 4.8 per cent and 5.7 per cent.”
Stone Real Estate franchise manager Luke Cameron said that the new office is in line with Stone’s growth strategy.
Mr Cameron said: “The Central Coast and Hunter regions are similar to Wollongong/Illawarra where we opened an office in late July in that the lifestyle is more affordable and attractive for those finding it hard to break into the Sydney market or wanting a sea change.”
The Toukley office follows Stone’s opening of Wollongong/Illawarra, Beecroft and Belrose.
