One of Queensland’s rising boutique agencies is extending its reach into the state’s fastest growing region.

NGU Real Estate has opened for business in Ipswich City, following the acquisition of First National Brassall, First National Ripley Valley and First National Karalee Prestige.

NGU Real Estate CEO Emil Juresic said that he is “excited” to partner with former First National directors Steve Athanates and Sharon Anderson.

He said that together they would push NGU Real Estate into an area booming with “billions of dollars” in residential development.

“There are big things coming for NGU, and I know that with our work ethic, marketing strategy and drive to be the best, we will paint Queensland blue,” Mr Juresic said.

NGU Real Estate launched 18 months ago and has made an early impact on the market.

Mr Athanates said that he is thrilled to have made the move to NGU Real Estate.

“NGU Real Estate Ipswich is so exciting as we’ve got the three existing locations where we list and sell a house in Ipswich every day, while we also manage more than 1,000 rental properties,” he said.

Mr Athanates also said that the team has identified more strategic locations for growth.

For her part, Ms Anderson said that NGU Real Estate Ipswich has set itself an aggressive development agenda.

“It’s exciting times ahead and we’re very passionate about growing NGU into surrounding areas outside of Ipswich City,” she said.

She added that the cornerstone of the growth strategy is built around a passionate team culture.

“Our staff can’t stop talking about it, and it’s fantastic for not only our team but our clients and the people of Ipswich.”
