A leading property group has reinforced its commitment to south-western Sydney with the launch of an office in one of its fastest rising suburbs.

Raine & Horne has opened an office in the affordable town of Ingleburn.

The office will be led by Abu Walid Ratul and MD Rajibul Islam, who are also co-owners of mortgage broking firm Mortgage Plus, which is already well entrenched in the area.

Executive chairman of Raine & Horne Angus Raine said that south-western Sydney has long been an important part of the group’s strategic focus.

“We opened our first franchise office in south-west Sydney in 1976,” the CEO said.

“Over the last 40 years, [we] have built a massive brand presence in this rapidly growing region with offices in Liverpool, Blacktown, Narellan, Campbelltown and Ingleburn.”

Mr Raine said that he is “excited” about working with Mr Ratul and Mr Islam.

“Abu and MD are very sharp operators who are very familiar with real estate processes through their work as mortgage brokers,” the CEO said.

“They have built a very large and loyal client base in the Ingleburn area and have employed a crack sales team to ensure Raine & Horne Ingleburn hits the ground running.

“In fact, even before launching on 1 December, the business secured 12 listings through its existing client database.”

Mr Ratul said that he believes the business will establish its credentials quickly in the local catchment area.

“We are generating a lot of leads and it will help us win appraisals and listings by having a major real estate brand such as Raine & Horne supporting us,” Mr Ratul said.

“Raine & Horne’s marketing is second to none and the tools they are providing to us to win appraisals and listings will put us in front of the competition in Ingleburn.”

Raine & Horne Ingleburn will service Ingleburn, Campbelltown, Minto, Macquarie Field and Glenfield.
